Welcome to the Galena Interior Learning Academy (GILA)

Having experienced increased interest and growth, GILA had an outstanding 2010-2011 school year. We had many new students who added to the diverse mix from all over Alaska! These proud GILA students are becoming the leaders that will take us into the future.

GILA is currently accepting applications from new students to fulfill our enrollment goals for the 2011-2012 school year. We are enjoying our summer break, but we are very excited about the students we have returning next year and the strong group of new students who have already signed on for 2011-2012. Next year could be the best year so far for GILA. Available space is filling up so the sooner you begin your enrollment process, the better your chances of acceptance will become.
